The most implausible answers to the impossible questions have their baskets weighed down with the most eggs. Why do revisionist histories need to work so hard to validate the fairy tale of faith? Why can't they just let go? You can have your faith, worship what you want, without demanding the sky green or dinosaurs untrue. We practice reason, pledge ignorance, meanwhile these fucking blind fall to their knees and sing ‘Abba, abba father! You are the potter! And we are the clay.’ Well sorry padre, but I am not the work of any design. A revelation benign. The whole world regresses into a celebrated dark age when kids are taught to substitute reality with make believe. This paradise that they seek is our greatest enemy.
